Delivery Policy

UK Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days after the order has been dispatched. For non UK destinations this will require between 7-10 working days. Delivery my take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt the postal service.

We will require 21 days from the dispatch date in order to trace, replace or refund any items that have been lost through delivery.

Returns Policy

We can only refund or exchange an item if it is either unopened, faulty, or the item was sent to you through our error. 

All returns must be received to us within 30 days of the dispatch date.  Any returns received after this date will not be accepted.

Returns must be accompanied with the following details for it to be processed:

·         Either the order reference or the PayPal receipt number.

·         Your name

·         Your address

·         A description of the fault (If applicable)
